In a game that is filled with dogged opinions, Becky is a breadth of fresh air! She is refreshingly open minded and focuses on a team approach. She is attentive, observes our girls’ natural game and provides recommendations to fit their individual style. Our girls say of Becky: “She is very prepared…and organized” and “She knows what she is doing”!
As parents, my wife and I are also impressed by Becky's attention to detail and her ability to effectively communicate both with the player and parents.
Becky teaches all ages and all levels of juniors from new to tournament players. Some of her junior recognitions include:

- 3 time US Kids Top 50 Teacher
- LPGA Section Carrie Russel Junior Award
- LPGA Section Phylis Meekins Junior Award
- Certified The First Tee Coach
Becky coaches new juniors to the game making sure it is fun and enjoyable. Becky recognizes chronological and developmental ages of juniors to help them acquire the skills for the game. Most importantly, Becky works in small groups with juniors and exposes them to the golf course as they learn the game. Becky has also helped many juniors play in competition in high school and then on to college.
The First Tee of Delaware is a local chapter of The First Tee National youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people. We help shape the lives of young people from Delaware and the Tri-State area by providing in school and after-school educational programs that build character
